Random Criminal was the result of one single problem called state 8000. With state 8000 you can transform into other characters using the second spritesheet - in this stage every character is modified so state 8000 works properly. Then a new criminal was created which can spawn every character with a different chance. This criminal is activated in Stage Mode giving you the chance of getting real string characters as team-members.
You`re free to use any of these files for your character as basic if you need it to work with state 8000 (since the change is a lot of work in some cases) - but please give credits.
