Lighto is medium ranged fighter. He uses a long stick as his weapon and freezes you by throwing ice balls at you. He uses his basic moves mainly, which are relatively dangerous in a one on one battle as he's got quite some range.
Important! This character uses the same ID number as Frozen. Therefore, you cannot have both characters installed at the same time without any complications.
