New LouisEX is a LouisEX modification featured in Sam2003's mod New LF2. It was released before the actual mod itself. In fact, it was the first character among the "new" series to be released along with New Henry, before the mod came out. With some enhancement of his original moves, New Louis EX also have the ability of shooting arrows, and even throw is spear in boomerang fashion.
