As featured in neo_w43's LF2 fan fiction, Chaos was the last piece of work by the best duo from the ezboard times. neo_w43 was the best spriter in the community at that time while chris_c05 was the equivilant in data changing. Though it may now seem fairly trivial, the data (cpoint) involved was the first of its kind and for a while, it was also a character in the "legendary mod" EC LF2. Chaos has only four moves, but he is not to be underestimated because of their destructiveness.
