The gravitational pull seems to be kinda weak because the character falls slowly back to the earth after his jump...

With a little change in some frames you can "lighten up" a character so it looks that the gravity effect is not so strong.
All you have to do is to add a dvy: -1 in all frames I list below. This causes the character to slightly counteract the gravitational pull and let him fall slowly to the ground.

-jump (without Frame 210!!)
