For Freeze fans who think it's unfair that Firen has the burn run and Inferno techniques, this is the perfect Freeze modification. It's not too strong and Freeze can freeze his enemies in Firen's burn run fasion. Freeze can now also blow out chilling air to trap his opponents in ice.
