@Hypermodder - No, it is a default - negative dvy causes lift while positive causes the user to drop - that's exactly what he said.
Also, if you are in the standing frames and attempt to use a negative dvy, because of the default state: 0, you'll just go to frame 212, unless you change the state: 0 to state: 1 or something similar.
And another thing, if your jumping height is -16, a dvy: -16 will not do to catapult you exactly that amount, unless you use wait: 0, but that'll cause an instant move, lacking sufficient realism (unless that's what you intend to do).
