Rules for creating a thread in Projects subforum

I totally agree with you Rhino.Freak. I really hate the project threads which are not presented properly. At first sight when i see a project thread, the first thing i see is it's presentation. Honestly, if that thread is presented in a shabby condition, i close the page directly without reading it, thinking that it's a waste of time...(no offense). The thread that has no proper meaning or language surely causes a headache. And yeah, last but not the least, feel free prove me wrong if i am like the others, which i know i may be.

Any guess about the ban?
