Everything looks good except that his body is too small. if his face were not so manly then might it be a child instead of adult. Woody is a cool guy, he should have had broad shoulders Lips could be more reddish than yellowish?
There could be a more visible shadows on the areas where hair covers skin because now it looks like a amature level photoshoped wig. Hair looks more 2d than 3d. Its like http://sketchtoy.com/64212606.


You have a good touch but you need to work on all proportions. I see this is a realistic, not looking at hair, so I expected his visible body to be more realistic
