2nd pane mask is unfinished, 3rd panel showing Julian
first panel you can see a guy who is Julian standing in the middle and six magicans or something like that standing in the circle. They are like some kind of sacrifice for Julians powers. Magicans gets absorbed into mask and when Julian puts it on, he becomes strong dude like you have seen in LF2 game.

Woody versus his doppelganger

Looks pretty booring - no dynamic perspective. Also the background is overrushed and does not fit to your drawing style ;D.

Still pretty awesome characters, posing and shading. I'd love to see more like that but in more common view angles. Keep it up! The only one thing which is bothering me is kinda weird Woody's left arm (non-blured one), it looks like kinda broken. Also his forearm looks kinda short for me.
Otherwise it's very nice art.

I agree with Gad, the background does not fit with the characters.

But those characters are pretty sweet! Love the little blurring effect too. Nice job!
