This is my first sprite lol...i would say its a preety lame photoshop job compare to the others...
I would gladly like to hear about your commets and suggestions.
BTW..RoxasXIII made me this Avatar all the credits for him (his my cousin )

Like already said, your face pic could need some improvement relating to odd-pixels. The lines aren't solid, they break up where they shouldn't. Also, pay attention to the hair, especially the hair tips. Some have a different color...
All in all I can just say, keep practicing, and you'll become a good designer

Siggy, or signature, is that thing below each post you do. For example, my siggy is below this little black line - the o_O-Hater-bar as well as the LFE-image. You can easily set your own siggy by clicking here. This is the same link as if you would click on User CP and then on edit signature.

Anyway that sprite looks pretty good (for beginners). I remember my first face sprite was done on paint and it had no shading :d

I use Adobe image ready and paint. this was the 2nd gif I EVER made. Took me a while thou. Anyway good luck with making more face sprites.
