Can anyone help me with this character?

This is my project: ironman. he's kind of good but when I tested him, he didn't move until somebody hit him, when he jumped, he stuck in mid air... There are more problem than that but I just can't write all of them down so if anyone are good at DC, please download this and help me.

Yeah...
You didn't base your character on anything, he needs plenty of frames. I suggest you copy all the frames up to throw_lying_man from Template or Bandit, and simply modify them.
Because like that you'll have tons of work to do, and not really being effective.

EDIT:
Here's a fix.
You'll have to change the pic: X of some of the frames though.
