Honestly, every year fireworks become less and less popular because of the laws. For example: things like roman candles (the only firework I ever shot in hand) are forbidden, and the "blasting time" of the fireworks was restricted to 8 hours (previously it was 12). But here the stupidity really likes to shine: sparklers (those little sticks are now K18 (while even shotgun can be given by a license to a 15-year-old).

But happy new year (hopefully better one than 2011).
