Well I wouldn't really replace the fire-frames, instead you could just change a nice little next: and the problem is nearly solved.

Can't you just delete the burning frames in a char ( or will that let the game crash ? )

That would cause the char to go invisible (+shadow) whenever he is hit by a flame-attack.

at lf2 SWU firen do not burned.it is a real example.
