new effects

i had to post again because
silva missed my reply for some reason.
i tried out dcing and it worked out.
1 prob
1.i need a exe with effect 7 which sends chars to frame 160
reason mentioned above.

i dont - just look at dubbleds entry - its data only actually
about the paralyzing you have the porblem that its not me who does the hex work - so the challenge entry will have to with data only effects for that
(and otherwise you have to convince silva anyway - not me)

Silva, if you don't mind, I would post a tutorials about how to creat a new effect.
And I will use your exe's code for the example.

Okay. Just wondering which exe are you using? Is it the one which includes all the states + broken sprites(which I cheated with ) + broken sound. Or just basic effect(go to frame x) + state. I don't mind either way.
