I plan to move LFE this week since HFE Server Move is finished now (and I didnt have any problems and dont think there're a lot of bugs  ).
The problem: I closed the HFE FOrum for a few days since I didnt want to lose data. But what about LFE Forum.
There're three ways:
1. I let the forum open untill the webhost transfer the domain and I create backups as often as possible so I don't lose a lot of data
2. I close the forum tomorrow or so and open it again when the server move is done
3. I close this forum and you can use a copy of the forum under another domain (will be some kind of subdomain of HFE) untill the move is done. There won't be any loss of data and the forum is opened all the time, but there might be some problems with the usage like the head image will link to another (the original) domain instead of the temporry hfe domain and stuff...

2nd option.. because:
1. it is less work for you (making backups everytime is time consuming)
2. some guys should learn how to live without lfe because one or two days without lfe shouldn't be too rough. I hope everyone still has a real life

It depends how long will take ''the server move''...
If it will be quickly, you can close it to lose no data(3 or 4 weeks I can wait). But if it will take ages, then don't close the forum
EDIT: Ok, I don't wanna make you a lot of work here cus it's stupid reason. Have a rest MH, I will vote for 2.

Like Phil stated: option 1 is a bad idea (for you, at least)
Option 2 is a good solution if it won't take too long. I don't mind a wait, but I suppose there are people who are quite addicted...
All in all, a compromise would be the best solution, so I chose option 3.
Just trust in your judgement. Whichever you chose is fine by me.

looks like it's option 2, less work for me then, well, lets see for a few more votes.
The server move will take 2-5 days.
The hfe server move started tuesday (put the letter into box), wednesday the transfer started, friday domain was transfered and cause of the weekend DNS was transfered today. If I start today it might be done untill the end of the week...
