Guys,
My computer is frequently being affected by spyware and virus.
It damages all exe files. Which is the best antivirus can be adopted to my PC??.

go here, it should remove everything. Its an onilne scanner, so you only have to download an add-on, and you are set to go

If money is a problem, try Avira Antivirus (the free edition). It works well.
Btw, always good to use a sandbox (try Sandboxie) with an antivirus. Gives double protection.

Advanced System Care (http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html) This is more of a pc tune-up/repair than an actual anti virus. It does protect against spyware however.
