he never exlained anything, he wouldn need to explain anything - and releasing the tool wouldn take any time

he often can't act like he want cause of his agreement with U1 Technology...

so did they make an agreement about raw data/tools he didn release yet aswell? (full quality sprites/faces this tool etc ...)
if so why was he able to use the big face pics as a background
