put his head more high, just 1-2 px and than make a better changeover.
and i would make his legs more thick. they r to small for this body.
and the idea with 1 sword and 1 dagger isnt very good i think. it looks a bit strange when he has 1 big weapon and 1 small skinny weapon. either i would give him just one of this weapons or 2 swords/ daggers
and delete this grey quad at his head it looks a bit strange :P

but the idea of a deep as a knight is very good. i think if u will work on some (not all) points i criticised on, it wiill be a very good thar
