DLL-package for portable lf2

I need pplz. Pplz to test this. I've messed with this until I got the feeling that this is working now. But yea, testing would be nice to ensure that this is working on any system. It's basically the thing that fixes 2.0 crashing (too lazy to dig up this thread) extracted from the windows folder (and registries if they've actually been manipulated. I don't know :P). Put the DLLs (and manifests) into the same place the exe is at and try it out
