What lf2-hacker said is right, all you need to do is take a lot of frames

Record the "movie" you want.
Then edit it, to get all the frames that it has, and done, a lot of pics.

download a mod which has some kind of story implemented to see how others realized little scenes. Mostly they used itr/k: 8 and a bunch of little frame sequences in order to show a scene. It'd be awesome if somebody manages to find a way of displaying avi-files in LF2 but I doubt that this would be possible. Instead, you're better at creating a little scene, export every frame as an image and create a dat-file which will display the images again so that it looks like a little movie... basically what Lf2-hacker said...

edit: darn, I was slower again :D

Do u mean that convert movie(s) into frames and play them one by one? But u need to play 24 frames per second to made it like a real movie.

ah, screw the 24fps, 12-15 is fine, too. Dude, how long is your movie supposed to be? I'm just imagining, a 24fps clip, lasting 5 secs... this is already 120 images! Are you sure you want that?

Because there will be a lot of pics and it will use much resource(s), I want to play a movie directly in LF2, not play a slideshow of frame(s)!

bad for you, there no possibility of replaying video-files. Only slide shows are possible and if you set the wait-values low, it will look like a movie. Still, there are some ways of optimizing. Playing the background as an object, the characters as a different object. Saves a lot of space. But yea, your choice. ;)

120 images could be a problem, a big, way big problem for laggy comps (for example, mine)

Maybe putting a movie into lf2 is not a good idea.
