LF2 Strategy and Cooperation

The idea behind the following modification of LF2 is to add in extra elements for multiplayer games both in PsVPs and Survival mode.

Currently the published version is the Beta 1.0 2012 old version of the modification, with only 4 edited characters. You are welcome to try it in order to taste the idea of the version :).

A bit of feedback:
* The new skills in general tend to be... disproportionately powerful or the effects both take too long or last too long.
* Louis DJA should have no bdy during certain frames, otherwise Louis can end up with more mp than maximum or end up spawning a beer.
* Louis DvA has >500hp damage potential; very broken. Pair him up with Freeze to make it even more broken.
* Louis DvJ: the controls should be written as D>A to blastpush and J to cancel.
* Jan's DvJ isn't a double-sized milk, its a pentacle-sized milk(normal milk has 100 drinking time, this has 500 drinking time); worth 80*5 max HP healing and 160*5 normal HP healing. Can't remember the rate for mana but you get my point.
* Jan's DJA/D>J seems to have a sprite mistake when used on Jan's resurrect.
* Jan's D>A summons enemies too btw. That's a flaw with itr kind 8. Furthermore it shifts the person downward on the z-axis; you can counteract this if you use dvz 549 (force movement on z-axis by 1 pixel).
* You didn't include in readme that Rudolf has a DvA that makes him lay down on the floor with state 14 but with bdy. Notably he will still blink when getting up if you let Rudolf lay down on the floor for the full duration.
* You can use bat_ball or firzen_ball's id to remove shadows. If state is not a problem, you can use state 3005 or state 9997(as long as you don't have a pic).
* Consider using state 10 on a ball to make it hittable by allies regardless of whether its facing left or right.
* When a state 3005 gets hit by itr kind 9, it goes into frame 40. Make use of this as needed.

Update:
Current version is 1.4.7: Firen, Deep and Henry are more or less finished. Rudolf and Davis are close to finish, Dennis need some challenging data editing and Woody some thinking, but we are in a good place.
2.0 will be released soon, hopefully in celebration of the new 12,019 year.
