Character: Mia (Levi version)

Introduction
Mia is a character revamped from the same-named character created by MoragWan. This character is open for editing and I wish to thank him for giving a nice base to begin with.

The original Mia is a generally overpowered zoning character. She has several distinctive moves but didn't stand out well due to spamfest, so I reduced effectiveness of her moves and fixed some inconvenience on her data. Now she stands as a balanced character but can still improve greatly in terms of sprite and combo abilities.

The second revamp greatly shifts her style towards a melee fighter. By removing Energy blast, she now has 5 moves (3 melee) which grants more close combat capabilities. Currently she is similar to Davis with toned down moves to make up for her extra Dragon Blast.

Description
Mia in this version carries the concept of her counterpart from MoragWan. She can launch powerful blasts and fend off enemies in front of her, but is weak at point-blank range and messing around z-axis.

Removed Whirlwind kick, Energy Whip
Added Energy Anchor, input key: D>J
Energy blast now only damages in 3rd stage, duration of 2nd stage is decreased from 30f to 26f

Improve throw, punch sprite, changed energy blast sprite
Fixed too slow picking heavy weapon
Fixed incorrect body, centering and weapon positions
Dragon Blast now casts faster
