Feels bit better but you need to learn more about how shapes and how do ligh falls on them.

I wouldn't recommend going for digital at such an early stage of your artistic life. Try drawing on paper first. Right now, digital drawing should be the least of your concerns.

Here's what you should focus on right now:

• Anatomy;
  
• Straight lines;
  
• Shading;
  
• ...
