How can I make "talk tabs" like in LF2 Alpha animation?

The "talk tabs" in the last episode would be the best ^^ Only with the play button, like the first Like a mix of last and first episode's "tabs"

Learn some actionscript if you want the play button function. Just convert the button image to a symbol, make 2 layers inside it and in the upper layer, type in the code.

If you want it to be more simple, make the talk bubbles frames by frames and then give it some extra frame when you're done to give the viewers some time to read
