I dunno if I'll be using Rudolf anyway but Rudolf's transforming is allowed?

Of course its allowed(i think)...its one of the most amazing skill at lf2

ofc you have to pay attention to the characters move limits you transformed into.

No, the rulebreak is already included in 4-1. It changes 5-0 into 4-1.
