where can I find that program?
@Silva's house :P
Hehe, he patched the exe to make it use 4 players. Works fine, has no flaws, and it is
epic to play with 4 people (when they're happy with their controls, of course :P)
ohh man if that rly will work he is my GOD xD
Where can I find that ?
To clear up the confusion. It is a separate program programmed by
chiko! not me,
chiko!!!! I just helped with understanding the packets and figuring out how stuff works etc (and testing
).
, its not released yet...
Hehe I tried it today with Noir and Zelphir, it´s great fun.. and I didnt noticed more laggs than normal ! =-o
Silva's tutorial for connecting to IRC
The first thing to do is to download HydraIRC from here :
http://www.hydrairc.com/download.php?file=HydraIRC.exe
After you install it go to: Options > Prefs > Scripts
In the box type in "OnStartup" (no quotes ) and press add.
Then select OnStartup below and type in "/server irc.freenode.net" (no quotes).
Should look something like this :
Then add another command called: "irc.freenode.net_OnLoggedIn" (no quotes)
And type in the box next to it :
"/nick YOUR_NAME_GOES_HERE
/join #lfe"
(no quotes obviously).
After all that is done press OK and you are done!
aaaaand we could all have fun in there but nooooooo
If nobody is on in there and you instantly leave the next person isn't going to remain in either, don't you think? It's all a question of attitude.
I integrated the IRC thingy into my chat-client
would be happy to join in there...
but i actually have problems with it..
it always says "erroneous nickname"
what's that supposed to mean?
edit: in which chat-client? and how ?
