He did not upload the Firen picture, he copied the link from Fawsyl's DA (aka Panickerz). (but he probably found it on Google)

You can upload in your posts as an attachment, but there is a 10 MB limit. Best way is to upload them here and then copy the link as you did with the Firen pcture.
