Stage problem.

Hello guys again,
Well, I got 2 stages. The first got 9 substages (1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) and the second got 10 substages (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, -). For some reason, after i finish the first stage i get stuck at 1-9 and can\t continue to 2-0... Why is that?? did i do anything wrong? Here is my stage codez:

^ You so funny, he posted the whole code :P

Anyway, the problem is that in 1-9 you use two phases with the same bound value. Use 2199 for the previous one, and it should work.
