Frieza (1st one) looks fine, nothing to point out.
Cell looks floating unless it's intended, you should define the feet more.
Majin buu's (sry I don't know the actual names, just trying to) chest looks really defined, and the rest is fine as well.
The last one's hair looks a bit cut out on the left, but anything else is great.

hq is trying to go with apoc style with these sprites, so the small feet and proportions are intended. good stuff man
