have you tried making the special t0 body move a tiny bit?
so as soon as it spawns, add something like dvx: 1. maybe that might work
because i remember making an attack that uses ik8, and everytime i shot it and started walking, i would always trigger the ik8 because i didnt stay still.

The body has a wait:1 so dvx:1 would be quite no moving... And if EVERY body moves, then the lagging will just be displaced further in x-axis, but i't wouldn't change anything...

well it wouldnt hurt to give it a try right?
the ik8 reacts to any active t0 bdy. so just test to see if it works, by not changing anything and adding the dvx

and if you have tried it, then never mind my post
