To be specific It's not only YinYin who made it, it was a collab of 13th zone with sprites did by many different people. ;D

I'm reading through list and I wouldn't really say ppmod is HQ, maybe few charas ;D.

Thanks for reminding me gad. Gad's a beast(the char not the user), literally. Well, i like your old one, from ppmod, more. It has got a little worse sprites, but i liked it's moveset a lot. But, this new version is great. Added to first post.

Sort by rating. Might not be 100% accurate but gives a somewhat okay overview.

The exact problem is that they are rated by comunity. While the lfe rating generally is accurate, but some great chars are not apreciated enough by comunity. It's also true for the opposite.

Oh, so you're the one who made the ai? It's just annoying as hell to play against its ai it simply does not stop spamming d>a and dodging. But, the char has beautiful sprites and nice movepool. Added to fist post.
