Temporary.txt was a secret for a long time, but it has nothing to do with Data Changing. But not in vane, the name is "temporary". If there's an error during the loading of Little Fighter - for example a picture is missing - the computer gives a short info ("Can't create surface...") and load the dat.-file in temporary.txt.

However, this does not happen in every case. Sometimes, you can just abort the loading or it shuts down from alone.
